The wife came for a week-long visit, to where I work in Malaysia, went back today for a funeral. Free I don't think that currently exists (except for some promotion on World AIDS day or the likes) looking at this story. http://www.who.int/bulletin/volumes/88/6/10-010610/en/ Family planning clinics at governmental hospitals may provide affordable solutions. The "West" put it into a large steel container and shipped it from the port of Rome to Laem Chabang in Thailand, after not wanting it any longer.
