Berries from China

Featured Replies

Frozen berries from China have been pulled off the supermarket shelves in Australia due to people contracting Hep "A" from eating imported berries packed in China. These berries are found to be infected with human fecal matter. I notice that Chinese berries are freely available in Makro, just a word of warning. coffee1.gif

Being one of the most polluted countries on earth & a profit at any cost attitude I avoid any food from China.

Also avoid food from the US due to the high prevalence of generically modified content, often undeclared.

Thai fruit and vegies are also suss with their pesticide content, get organic when you can for a few more baht.

Sad that eating what we were designed to eat is getting increasingly difficult.

Agree, avoid any food what so ever from China.

Reminds me of watching a Vietnamese woman dumping her dunny contents on the family vege patch while I was stood about 2 feet away. I could never look at a Vietnamese salad bar the same way after that little event.
