If you are in Thailand an have an AIS SIM (1-2-call) you can use their eService: https://aiseservice.ais.co.th/eServiceWeb/ (click on "EN") After successful login you can send SMS directly through this web interface. Within AIS 1 Baht for instant sent SMS and 2 Baht for SMS send on schedule. Other networks 3 Baht. (within Thailand, no idea whether you can send SMS overseas via web, seems not) No, you can not receive SMS on the web. Just sending. This could provide me the easiest solution : in fact I need it to send SMS from my PC to only one mobile tel nr in Indonesia and make sure the receiver can reply to my mobile tel nr.
