I don't think you are going to find any.

Probably only answer is to order on line from somewhome like Pendles Slot Racing in UK, and hope for the best with the Thai postal system

Would you know if tyres for example are interchangeable with scalectrix?

Sorry can't help but I had no idea scalextric where still being manufactured, so nice to hear.

Loved mine as a kid, had the mini-coopers.

Re interchange of tyres - Tyres are not necessarlily interchangeable between car brands, some have different dimensions of rib in the centre of the rim, even if the size is the same.

In my experience Carrerra tyres go hard with age and need replacing after a few years.

There are many independant slot car tyre manufacturers who make grippier tyres to fit Carrerra and Scalextric.

If you do find any in Thailand, I suspect they will be very expensive.

I would still recommend you go for mail order from UK.
