Any cattle farmer will be happy to sell, get up early and follow the guys home that lead out their beasts to graze. Otherwise there must be some large cattle farms up there?

Look at the above site,it will give you the adress and phone nom of a dairy co-op in CM,they should be able to help you ,or just go they early one morning with some bags and a shovel, and ask a farmer ,a 30 kg bag should cost about 18 bart( it dose round here) if it is DIY.
