February 23, 201511 yr Does anyone know the email address for the The National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) to submit complaints? Please PM me the address since it is against board rules to post email addresses.
February 23, 201511 yr I can not help with that email address, but if there is one thing that is completely useless, then it is to send emails to any Thai business or authorities. An entire waste of time. If I recall that right, the only business /company that ever replied to email requests in many years of being a resident here was the Bumrungrad hospital's customer care Center. But they employ almost entirely Filipinos to do all Customer care inquiries in English. If you have something meaningful to say or report to the NCPO, write a LETTER and send it REGISTERED through EMS. This will increase your chance to be heard dramatically.....

Would anyone know the correct mailing address for NCPO complaints department? I did hear they were monitoring social media on the internet and responding to complaints like Pattaya beach vendors over charging for food on the beach. What sites are they monitoring? The complaint will deal with a lack of response from the Pattaya Police Department for a criminal complaint filed with them on 2 December 2014. The officer assigned to the complaint will no longer answer my phone calls, nor will she return my calls. The matter was discussed in person with the new Pattaya Police Chief, Pol. Col. Sukthat Pumpunmuang, last week, but still no response from anyone. Edited February 23, 201511 yr by cigar7

He probably knows more about the sleazy side of it than any farang alive.
February 24, 201511 yr Forget about e-mail address, it will not be replied to. No company , government department will answer e-mails that are in English. I have e-mailed several companies in Thailand wanting to buy from them, but !! hey !! they never respond. I have e-mailed a government office with the same, no reply.

Not my experience, but phone calls certainly yield faster results. The # for the ncpo is the one I gave above

I emailed the police before looking for inormation about a police check. I received a detailed and informative reply the next day! I think a lot depends on the language used in the email. If you are polite, corteous and above all, clear, you have a better chance....
