phycokiller
does anyone have a link to what you are allowed to post out of Thailand? cant find one anywhere. the reason I ask is because I had a small wifi speaker returned because the xray saw a battery inside and Im wondering if its worth picking up, next week from the manager, the staff would let me take it. In fact I didnt even realize they were illegal to post. Im sort of wondering if I can be fined or something?

Xircal
The regulations are basically the same as those which apply to passengers on commercial flights. See page 10 and 11 in the following advisory for info on batteries: http://www.faa.gov/about/office_org/headquarters_offices/ash/ash_programs/hazmat/media/materialscarriedbypassengersandcrew.pdf
