Britain is turning RACIST against white people !
Well some of them definitely weren't. One example who springs to mind is Cnut the great, we're going back a long way there. -

China tells airlines to suspend Boeing jet deliveries
Boeing stock: first, the damage has been done, I think. It was at these levels during COVID, down substantially from its all time high. And for what it's worth, it still might be an excellent stock to trade, for anyone interested in making some easy money every day. Back then, the COVID lockdowns were on and I was stuck in the US with not much to do. Scalping Boeing stock was easy money. Buy 1000 shares, a minute later sell 1000 shares and you could be done for the day, or not, depending. Actually, it was bouncing around so much you'd sometimes only have to hold it for 30 seconds. As for the current stand-off Trump has with China? This Boeing thing is a non-event. The entire situation will be resolved long before Chinese deliveries will have any appreciable long term impact on Boeing stock or its bottom line. I see China's move as an act of desperation. They think they're hurting America, when all they're really doing is showing a weak hand. -

Thailand Requires Digital Arrival Card Submission 3 Days Before Entry starting May 1
As an 81 years UK old fart now living in Cambodia, I still regularly travel to Thailand by air and car. Yes, from my experience there are people who kindly help at airports, especially the wheelchair attendants. In 3 days time I shall be flying from Siem Reap to Khon Kaen with Air Asia. As my journey will be before the 1st May, I am expecting zero hassle with Immigration in Bangkok DMK. No TM6 as I shall be flying. All I get is an entry stamp in my passport. On my return, I have to complete a Cambodian electronic arrival card in Siem Reap. This is done ON ARRIVAL and not on a prior date. The wheelchair attendant usually does this for me as the electronic tablets in Immigration are fixed on high tables which cannot be easily reached from a wheelchair - bad planning in my opinion. You have to use the tablets provided, Smartphones are of no use! With respect, what other issues am I likely to encounter when visiting Thailand? I do not have a smartphone and when in Thailand I use cash or my Visa debit card to pay bills with no problems. Any company insisting on a QR code does NOT get my business! -

How bout this
I have made road trips in many countries (Europe, US, S-Korea, Japan) and from that I know that if you like, or at least don't mind, a lot of driving you can make a round trip through Thailand. Up north to Mae Hong Son, down along the Myanmar border, down to Krabi area and Phuket, then back north into Isan and back to Chiang Mai. Doable.- 1

China tells airlines to suspend Boeing jet deliveries
Beijing doesn't produce pineapples, too cold. I have seen pineapples being sold for 10 rmb (1.36 USD) for a whole fruit, too low value for Beijing to really care about.
