Rotweiler
Pretty well every fresh martket. In the downtown, best to try is the Friday (aka Chinese) Market (near the Moslem Mosque) on Chang Klan Road just north of the Kalare Market.

WinnieTheKhwai
^ Yes, that's usually where I get them, when they have them. Of course you never know what they might have on any given day. They freeze well though.

worgeordie
Some Beetroot you find here have the roots and tops cut off, and the colour bleeds out when you boil them, also some are much too large, they will be like blocks of wood. I usually buy a 10 kg bag at Maung Mai market, they are a lot cheaper there ,boil them, skin them, slice and put them in jars with at least 5% vinegar and a spoon of sugar. regards Worgeordie
lordblackader
I saw processed beetroot in the salad bar at Tops Central Airport Plaza the other day, I would presume they'd either have it in a tin or have the raw product available as well.

jobin
Certainly does not take much work to go from 'root beet' to 'root beer'. I luv root beer, hard to find here. A&W very tasty, and a black cow, hmm. I long for one of those.
