Personal tax return for income tax accountant recommendation

Over 2013/2014 I worked in Thailand for a thai company but the number of days totalled less than 184.

So firstly, does anyone know if I'm able to apply for a rebate on tax paid and second, do forum rules allow anyone to recommend an account that might be able to assist with this?

I expect dealing with the tax department is on par with any other government department and would prefer someone else deal with it.
