Today I tried to open a saving bank account for my daughter 12yrs old,Kasikorn and Bangkok Bank told me I can't open it because no work permit and my daughter can't open because to young.This happened in Chonburi City.They also said it's also not possible in Pattaya or BKK,Any ideas where and how to open a saving account for my daughter?She has Thai ID card and passport and House papers
