I had a job offer from Thailand Bangkok, the company had done the WORKPERMIT receipt and told me to apply for the workvisa from your THAI embassy .........

but after searching on internet i found that the employee had to apply for non-immigrant first than after arrival he should apply for WP ....i am confused my employer had done the process for my WORKPERMIT and said that the workpermit need to be approved till 14th of march.........after the WP u can apply for workvisa ............... now what to do ?

Your new employer has followed the correct procedures, but should also have obtained a Letter of Approval from the Thai Ministry of Labour if you are applying in the SE Asia region.

Enter Thailand with a Single Entry Non Immigrant 'b' Visa and you will get a 90 day non 'b' stamp, show this stamp in your passport to Labour and they will issue you with your work permit.

One last thing

My employer had send me the letter of approval but its written all in Thai language anyways he said u need to fly on non-immigrant B than after arrival u need to give a medical test here than u can take the report to the ministry of labour and take your workpermit now my conern is that which type of medical test they do for approval of work permit in Thailand ?
