mail in bang lamung

So i have been waiting for a package to arrive from thailand since middle of january lol finally an update on the package after so long i just gave up. But it says poste restante in bang lamung... i googled this it means my package is there and needs me to call for it? A) i dont speak thai and the hours are opposite. Is there a way to get my package ?

If a package is waiting for pickup they should have delivered a form to you that says so. If you don't receive the form but can print out the tracking record that shows it was received they should be able to find it with that.

The post office in Banglamung is pretty easy to find. If you are on Naklua Rd heading north there is a traffic light at Soi 16. Continue through that and at the next traffic light take a right. The Post Office is about 75m down on the right hand side. You need ID to pickup a package. Thai driver's license is OK.

It seems that the parcel is in Na Jomtien post office opposite the floating market. Call them on 038074681 and ask for your parcel, they speak good English,

just give them you tracking number.

I was focused on the Post Office where my parcels go, forgetting about the other ones.
