Kanchanaburi village chief busted with bundle of yaba

BANGKOK: -- A Kanchanaburi village leader was arrested yesterday after police said they found 100,000 methamphetamine pills in the back of his car.

A joint operation between police and soldiers led to the arrest of Chawig Malai, 41, in a Chiang Mai department store parking lot.

Police said he confessed up to being a drug dealer.

Confessed to being a drug dealer eh. When he's got 100K pills in his car its gonna be a bit of a stretch to convince even the bentest of bent coppers your stash is personal.
