Usaly I use my eu account for sale , have only one time this problem pp refund money with one mouse click but not so in Singapore The information from the hotline pp payment allready confirmed was by pp is the Money Is Pending behause of a Problem of buyers kk . I not want belive this when there is a problem the buyer is unable to send pp linked with his kk , paypal hotline told on paypal Singapore no protection about this After talking have hour pp hotline says. Because you have good history we refund you your money but only one time Has someone simular problem I found out in a war when I use my 2. Ebay account sold many time to uk .
