Not in recent history, no. Maybe partially, though not enough to pick up the slack. It was ultimately the shenanigans that Biden’s handlers were pulling with the loony Russia thing, the whacky indictments, the blatant crazy demented Biden sharp as a tack nonsense and to further worsen things up they swapped out Biden for airhead Harris. Looking back at it, one would think that it was all joke, a deliberate setup plan for a failed campaign. Perhaps there’s some sort of secret society conspiracy at work in the background toying around with everyone. Good and valid points, though most folks these days don’t really retain the attention span think that far back for deciding a vote.
