I am landing at swarnbhumi airport and have the next flight from DMK airport. Does the express line train go from swarnbhumi to Dmk Airport. Do we have a free shuttle service for this transfer ? I do not want to waste money on a taxi and would like to know the information for the above two options available.

The free shuttle-bus, taking approx 1 hour (depending upon traffic-conditions), leaves Swampy from outside Gate-3 on Level-2, and drops you 10m from DMK-Departures.

You'll need to show your onward-ticket (from DMK), at the desk next to the bus, before being allowed to board.
