Mr Somtam
My wife's uncle is selling land. He was wondering how much it costs to have the name on the chanote changed to the new owner. I have done this before but I can't remember the price! Anybody? The land is in Nakhon Sawan.

IMHO
Depends on how long you have owned the land - the normal range would be between 3% and 8%
PattayaPhom
Don't forget it will be the land office assessment price rather than actual selling price. As stated anywhere between 2%-8% depending Thai-Thai, Thai- company, time owned. Land office can give a free estimate if you take the Chanote so there isn't any suprises when transferring
