A seatbelt on an ATV ??? I think in this case a 'bungie' cord may have saved his life !!... or just not entering the corner at speed (if thats what happened)... However, we should never be thethered (by seatbelt) on any vehicle which can potentially roll over on to us... the safest option (of a lot of unsafe options) is to get thrown away from the vehicle. A seatbelt on an ATV would be just as daft as a seatbelt on a motorcycle.
