Wow, I picked the wrong day to travel on the motorway from Ekamai to Pattaya yesterday.....80+ km of bumper to bumper cars about the 10 AM hour? Was it a special holiday or what? Took almost 4 hours by bus to get to North Road Bus Station....the worst traffic I've seen in the ten years I've been doing this trip, even when it was just a two lane cow path so many years ago....

Unlucky. I drive it every week and can normally do it in less than 2 hours. I would guess that there had been an accident.
