Suvarnabhumi check-point employee fired for stealing passenger's money

Featured Replies

It was reported years ago the new airport was divided up among 3 mafia groups.

Also soon after opening there were reports of thefts at the scanners. Remember the stolen ring reports that made the papers. There were gaps in the security video coverage and the thiefs/security knew when and where they could steal!

Next were the professional baggage handling theft gang that had their pockets sewn shut.

Remember the parking lot war between two gangs a couple years ago?

Airport run by criminals. Same same for the country.

He just got fired. It's time that the prosecution is getting control in Thailand. If someone in Germany at the airport is stealing even 1 Euro from a passenger at the x'ray machines he will not only b

Why take your wallet out? I never take mine out.

They ask me to... if I remember I zip it into my carry on baggage before security. I normally have a good bit of cash currency so need to keep my eyes open.

You do know that you can take your cash out before and put it into your pockets.

Right?

It was interesting that none of the other checkpoint employees wanted to assist her. My wife says they all work as a gang to rob the tourists and split the money. Enjoy your next trip!

Leaving Thailand with a huge banner stating everything you disapprove of at the Airport would get a greater response, for sure media coverage, you up for it or not ?

But to leave Thailand you'd have to live here, judging by your posts, you don't live in Thailand, and if you do live here it must be against your will and you need rescuing, PM me if it;s so, I'll get a team to extract you.

Could probably sell your story to the tabloids too. let me know.

The authorities actually busted a shop on Rachada Rd that was selling all the stuff the airport staff was stealing.

The building was full of items stolen from baggage handlers.

Well, that's pleasant to hear – that the baggage handlers are being stolen from as well!
