XGM
We are moving (back) to Thailand and trying to find a good kindergarden for two children who will be 3 and 6 years old in a few months. KG1 and KG3. Mother is Thai but they don't speak the language at all. It is important for us they learn Thai so we are not intetested in an international school or one with a dominant EP. We are looking for accomodation in parallel so location isn't fixed yet. It will be out of the center though, nearby one of the more distant MRT / BTS stations, for example Huay Kwang / Lad Prao or Ari / Saphan Kwai etc. Looked into two kindergardens so far and weren't happy. I would love to hear of first hand recomendations. If possible they should already start in the next term. Edited April 3, 2015 by XGM
Jasun
We were doing the rounds of BKK schools recently, more for EP and international options, but came across a good Thai kindy down around Suk soi 60, called Baan Waan (sweet home). They have a facebook page. Don't get it confused with Baan Rak, which is a Waldorf-style kindy in the same area.
