Hi,

As the title suggests I need help with Importing and exporting.

I have used customs brokers to bring in items into Thailand, however I am unable to get my Digital Certificate Number for E-Customs.

Story:

So I imported items using 2 separate broker services;

1.) 1st one screwed me on the price and decided to blackmail me by holding my containers in inspection until I paid the "extra" fees.

2.) 2nd business has been alright so far however they've been increasing prices rapidly

So anyways I called Customs and they told me I've already been approved for a Digital Certificate and there is nothing they can do.

So I called the 2nd broker and asked them for my digital certificate and they are telling me that they do not have it......

I have no idea what to do.

What steps can I take to get my own digital certificate?
