BKK Pattaya Hospital:

Day 1: 1400B for plaque removal (not advertised but that comes first, 1 hour and inability to eat or enjoy food for the day).

Health insurance later refunded that cost in full.

Day 2: 12,000B for teeth whitening with laser, nearly 2 hours

Non-refundable - considered as a cosmetic, non-health related intervention.

That's what my wife went through - perfect teeth, non-smoker, no coffee/tea/betelnut.

She complained that her teeth had became jellowish during and after pregnancy although I could not notice any change.

Huh? Why inability to eat after a dental cleaning? I never had that issue.

Anyway; one can get the whole thing done the same day.
