The wife has been given someone else's Visa!

Picked up the wife's passport from the VFS office today

Now has the correct visa in it, which is her details

Which may well be the root cause of questions when crossing borders in the future.

I think what most worried me about this whole episode was the lack of real concern by the VFS staff when you pointed out the error, it's as if this sort of mistake happens all too often.
