Arriving 1 Day After My Non-b Expires

Featured Replies

I've done a search for anything about this topic but found nothing, can anybody help?

I'm off to Cambodia for a short stay and will be arriving back in Thailand a day after my non-b expires, I didn't realise when I booked my flight :o

Will immigration give me 30 or 90 days?

Thanks in advance for your help :D

30 days if you qualify for non visa entry from the 40 or so countries currently on that list. Your visa will be dead.

Cheers lopburi, harsh but true :o

One more thing, on my visa it says 'enter before 9 oct' - I know it says enter 'before' but can I arrive on the 9th and get my 90 days?

Thanks again

If the VISA says enter before the 9th October, then it hasn't expired - you'll get 90 days even if you arrive on the 9th.

Really the visa should say 'enter before the end of' but TIT
