chiangrai
I have Adobe Flash Player installed in Windows 8.1. I have Shockwave Flash plugin in Firefox which I can't delete. Firefox keeps crashing and giving the message "Shockwave Flash"plugin is busy. Does anybody know how I can fix this. Thanks in advance.
Rigsby
I had problems with Flash after having installed the latest version (17.0.0.169). The problem seems to have gone away for the time being although I'm unsure why. Have a read of this :- http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2928413&sid=53c1acfbf2bf3b7a99c3d5654faa1724 There maybe other posts here that are related.. Also, the latest beta version of Flash, contains the following in the 'Change Log' :- Improvements included in Flash Player Beta and Firefox Nightly builds resolve a large number of intermittent hangs on Windows http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_firefox/changelog/60808/ I've yet to go down that route. chiangrai
There are some videos on uTube about this but they sound fairly serious. What I want to understand before I go and make the changes they sugest is why I have a shockwave flash plugin in Firefox and not just Flash plugin and why I can't delete it.
