Need Advice On Hardwood Supplier

I am intending to build the wooden house in Pattaya area.Can anyone recomend an inexpensive hardwood supplier from the north of Thailand ,or even maker of prefab houses?

In this day and age I doubt that any hardwood will be inexpensive.

One option is to look for an old house and buy it. Many look in poor condition but the wood may actually be quite nice. Swelters' blog centers on this subject.
