FolkGuitar
While Amorn at Icon Square certainly turned into just a shell of its former self, it did have its good points, few they may be. So... where did it go? So far I was told by a parking attendant that it moved up Huay Kaew closer to Maya, I've read that it moved one soi 'north.' Someone else said it moved one soi 'west.' Has anyone actually 'seen' where it re-opened and can give its location? Thanks.

elektrified
The repair center moved one block up (I don't know if it is North or West) but in the direction of KSK. I was told this at the Amorn shop but have not actually been there. I am headed there tomorrow or the next day and will report back.
briley
Amorn are now in the first computer plaza after Huay Kaew Moat junction. That is the last plaza build but looks a mess. Amorn only has a small space and lots of stuff is missing - including fridge parts.

I too was told that it is 'west' (the direction towards KSK,) but was told by the parking guard there that it was closer to Maya. I'm wondering now if they have opened inside the older computer building between the new PowerBuy and Computer Plaza. There were a lot of empty shopfronts inside that place. And while there is the smaller 'Amorn' below Big C Extra, I can walk to Icon Square in a few minutes. I'd have to drive to Big C Extra so not nearly as convenient. Beetlejuice
There is also a large Amorn store on the ground floor of Big C in Hang Dong, the Big C not far from Makro. Amorn is only a remnant of it`s former self. Good for buying tools, electrical parts (plugs and so on), and a few other odds and ends, but most of the specialist bits and pieces they used to sell are long gone. In my opinion, hardly worth a visit these days.

FolkGuitar
I haven't been in there in a few weeks, but the last time I was, they were selling Christmas lights and decorations. I don't recall seeing trees.
