Sealbash
We have been operating a charity sports event for 16 years in Thailand. The first three charities we chose for the first three years provided no transparency. Actually, each of them caused us to reassess our donations. We then became familiar with the Camillian Center in Rayong. Very transparent, very well run. It is a charity for orphans or abandoned children who are HIV positive. Well worth investigating for your donation. Edited April 22, 2015 by Sealbash
NickJ
I second the above. Its a fine place for donations and a hard working dedicated crew with some damn great kids that can use whatever they can get.....
Swiss1960
not sure whether it matters for you to spend locally in Loei? If not, a charity I can recommend is Father Ray foundation, see http://www.fr-ray.org/

Robert24
I recommend Childsdream. They are based in Chiang Mai and focus on helping underprivileged children to get a decent education. More information below: www.childsdream.org
