April 29, 201511 yr Can me and my girlfriend hold a 1 year visa if we invest in a condo? Can 2 people have their name on the condo so we can both have the visa? Thanks.
April 29, 201511 yr An investment visa requires an investment of 10 million baht, you would both need to invest 10 million so require 20 million.

April 29, 201511 yr If you work for a company that is possible. Note that your partner does not qualify as a dependent because you are not married.
April 29, 201511 yr Author Yes, but we can both get a business visa say if we are "Web designers" working for the same self employed business and then get a sponsorship form or a business just saying "yes we will work with them" in writing.

You will need a lot more paperwork than that ! And then as your initial 3 month Non-B is coming to an end, no-one will give you another one without a WP :-)

April 29, 201511 yr Author Hi, I'm following this article: http://8milesfromhome.com/post/50067390678/b-type-multiple-entry-visa-for-thailand Before I get flamed any more for not doing research. I'm looking at real life examples that have worked for people. One of my clients is also a lawyer in thailand but likes to charge for such advice which is free...
April 29, 201511 yr Perhaps you might consider a multiple entry Non Immigrant B visa. It is valid for 1 year, but you would be obliged to leave the country every 90 days, even if it was for a "border bounce". With the information you have supplied so far I don't think it's realistic to believe you would get a work permit and then a 1 year extension of stay.

April 29, 201511 yr Please note that only a single entry visa will be granted in these circumstances. Applicant or employer will need to arrange Extension of Stay or Work Permit as appropriate. However if the applicant already has a valid Work Permit it may be possible to grant a multiple entry visa.
April 29, 201511 yr Author ^ yes, which is what i've said. You do not need a work permit for the initial 1 year B visa.
April 29, 201511 yr But they will only issue a single entry, then you have to get a WP, which will be impossible for you as you won't be working for your own or any company. Please note that only a single entry visa will be granted in these circumstances.
