Anyone got the reciepe for massaman,have a craving for it and now back in the uk.

just google checking acceptable recipe of massaman recipe

i found some

1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste

2 tablespoons dry roasted peanuts

1/2 onion, sliced

4 ounces coconut milk (1/3 12oz can)

4 tablespoons water

4 ounces sirloin, sliced thinly

1 potato, peeled, sliced

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon vinegar

Put all ingredients together in a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.

I don't know where you are in the UK, but here in Liverpool we have stores selling Massaman curry paste. 'Mae Ploy' is the make imported from Thailand. You just use whatever ingredients you like add coconut milk and enjoy!
