I'm looking for a MS Excel & MS Access specialist (prefer MS certified) who can deliver approximately 3 days of training for two people to further develop a health information system.

Especially want to learn XML, creating schemas, mapping, importing and exporting data.

Based in Chiang Mai preferrable. Bangkok also possible.

Based on the description provided and not knowing your current level of expertise in Access/Excel/XML (or other related technologies and programming) I would like to tell you that is very unlikely that someone can teach you in three days to create or further develop entire applications.

For me it looks like you would need more of like consultant(s) to expand your system. You may check for students at local universities and they may offer low prices.

If you go ahead with a trainer please make sure you get reliable references.

How complex is your system? What aspects of health are you registering?

(I dealt with disability, civil registration and demographic databases)
