Does anyone have experience with the small piece of land or easement between a canal managed by the Royal Irrigation Dept and a farm? Not so much the draining of water, but using it to grow and sell eucalyptus and erecting barns...if you buy a piece of land next to the easement are you now responsible for what goes on there?

This may be better in Farming, let's see what happens here for a day or so.
