Moody's rates Thailand growth prospects last in ASEAN

Recommended Posts

Stooopid farangs, what do they know. This is Thailand way.

I remember going into a local shop and buying some small items, and the service person immediately said "80 baht". I was impressed that it was added up in their head on the fly (even though there were only 2 items and I didn't know the prices). So I gave 100 baht, then the calculator had to come out to work out the change. Numbers and money management aren't the strong card it seems.
