These guys are the bottom if the barrel in coding, whether its web based or android, been dealing with their shitty app way to long. Last update Nov 2014, kinda tells you how much they invest in it. Even my balances current transactions take 2 weeks to appear, yet the IOS version of their app shows transactions immediately. How hard us it to query the accounts database and get an update on recent transactions.

ATMs are not working either, and card payments - I couldn't pay for my shopping at Big C. Went to the branch in the Big C, they had shut the doors and said that the system has crashed - that was 2 hours ago!

I take comfort (rightly or wrongly) that the most important person in Thailand is the major shareholder in this bank otherwise by now I would be starting to be worry about my moneyhuh.png

I am glad it is not just me. Using IE11 and I always get that pop up and have done for over a year. facepalm.gif

By the way it was working around 1.30pm - used online and an ATM with no issues.
