How is it known the brakes didn't fail ? and this was not a suicide attempt ?

Brakes seem to fail many a time.

He may have just been heading towards the sea when the brakes failed, and incidentally, he was depressed. Also, maybe he was in a generous mood and simply decided to give his property to his sister.

All conjecture this story.

" when the brakes failed "

You would assume therefore that If he desperately tried to stop there would be at least some skid marks and signs that he tried at some point to steer the vehicle away from the sea?blink.png
