September 13, 200619 yr Regarding the new rules and my situation: I have been staying in Thailand for 5 years now (tourist visa) I work abroad and NOT in Thailand but i have my family there (thai girlfriend and also one baby together since 2 years). I travel in and out, sometimes every week and sometimes im out from the country for several month. Now i wonder if anybody knows if it is possible to apply for O visa on the birth certificate on my baby. Have heard that some people that got a baby been to penang and get O visa even if not married.
