compete. If u do jiu jitsu or sub wrestling let me know as im trying to get some people togeather to train. At the moment i have to drive 50mins to my club. Cheers.

When is the schedule for boxing world?

I got a Taekwando spinning heel kick to the solar plexussad.png during a sparring session. That was 20 years ago, and I can still remember the force on impact.laugh.png

Is there a Taekwondo club in Patters?

Would have liked to have made the event above. But not back in Thailand till August. Would have liked to have taken my 6 year old daughter as well. She's 6 and been doing it 2 years now, just got her Green belt and would have been nice to have taken her to a real competition.
