Coming to town with a 12 yr old

Featured Replies

Coming down from Chiang Mai to take my son for his first plane ride his 12th birthday surprise.

Might just do a layover or spend one night. Will decide by what there is to do there.

Want a meal, he like burgers, pizza and other stuff most kids do.

Any suggestions either at Suvanabhumi Airport or somewhere we can reach by Skytrain (MBK, Siam Center, Sukimvit..) ?

Other stuff a boy might like??

We have been to Dreamworld already but hoping just to do something for a few hours and catch a flight back unless really worth doing a hotel etc.

Any museums esp. with dinosaurs, sharks, space travel or things like that.

He also likes Mt Biking, Avengers, oh did I mention he was a kid :)

Appreciate any help.

Cheers, JC

you could try the aquarium under siam paragon. Sea Life i think its called and it has resident sharks. My lad loved that. From there you can try any number of restaurants catering to all tastes. After lunch, a wander around Limpini Park and a go on the hire boats on the lake.

You're spoilt for choice really.

Go-carting at RCA?

VIP movie?

Head up to a really high sky-lounge for sightseeing and some 12 year-old appropriate drinks & chips?
