Not suggesting anything donot know how you read that into what I stated. I feel I was separating them as which is best.That is why it was stated as a question. now do you understand my english .

It isnot a preference it is which is the better for people wanting to come to Canada or wishing to immigrate.,easy illegal work or get a real visa and perhaps citizenship.
