New Hotel/Guesthouse Suggestions?

Featured Replies

Any suggestions for new hotels or guesthouses between Beach Road and Second Road for around 1000-1500 baht? I'm looking for some place that opened in the last 6 months or so.

Stayed on Soi Lenke last trip but I'm bored with that area.

Thanks!

How about walking street?

Walking Street Guest House has been newly remodeled. New AC, new bathrooms, everything looks nice.

They have photos on their website.

Staying there in 30 days, will report.

Around the corner from Soi Lengkee whch the poster finds boring after a while.

I am not astonished that this thread is quiet.

Between beach and 2nd, brandnew for 1000 - 1500? Thats a challenge.

At least the brandnew places in Soi 10 and at corner Soi 9 are way more expensive.

I don't know the area north of Central rd. and what is new there,

Not new but still newish The Dynasty in Soi 13, or the new rooms in The Lek. A few others around there also but can't remember the names.

I could only recommend places that have been open for years; nowhere that has opened in the last 6 months.
