Non O visa

Please, can anybody tell me what do i have to do to get a Non-O Visa? I've heared that Kuala Lumpur is still the easiest adress to get it. The point is i'm married here in thailand but i've never made it to go to take a Non-O visa. This time i'm getting really worry about all this discustions about tourist visa etc. Pls Help me with some tips and tricks.

Take copy of the orginal marriage certiificate( Thai translation if its not in English), ID of your wife, household registration of your wife, bank acct statement and you get the 90 day "O" at the Embassy.

Do the extension of stay based on support of a Thai national inside Thailand.
