Need now Non "O" visa if re-marriage ?

I was just wandering...

I have a Non"O" visa I extent based om marriage (Marriage visa).

Wiill I need a now Non"O" visa if I divorce and get a new wife?

When you divorce, your extension of stay becomes invalid the same day. You must cancel it at immigration, and pay Bt 1,900 Bt fot another type of extension or leave within 7 days. You can then return with e.g. a tourist visa or visa exempt.

If you don't do that, remarry and then apply as being married to a different person, immigration will consider you on overstay, for which you will be fined, or worse.
