hi im looking a local office, in Muang Loei, that i xan register a daily worker that eill asist me when i'll say in Loei in the future. the sim of money wont be so large but ill must have recipt and invoice.

(i have a poerson alredy). i have a local friend that i want to pay for the assitance but i neec local HR office that will produce English invoice and recipt.

If you are paying and your friend is working for you, why not just make your own receipt and get your friend to sign it?
