george Posted September 19, 2006 Share Posted September 19, 2006 Cabinet approves waiving of outer ring road fee BANGKOK: -- The Cabinet Tuesday approved the waiving of outer ring road fee at the Thab Chang gate on the Special Highway No 9 where motorists have to pass to reach the Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Deputy Government Spokeswoman said the fee waiving would start from midnight of September 25 to the midnight of December 24.
