New KTB Debit Card issued in Surat Thani

I just got a new KTB Debit Card today. It has a 6 digit pin instead of the previous 4 digits. It worked OK in the KTB ATM but the tills would not recognize the card in Robinsons and the KTB website is still asking for a 4 digit pin to set up on-line bank access.

Anybody else had the same problem?

Not sure on this one but have found before that the first 2 digits are either bank code or area code sorry can't help more but maybe a search might push you into the right area.

Thanks, but the 6 digit pin was of my own choosing and does not include a bank code.

Seems they may have introduced the new card before issuing new card readers and modifying the KTB website software.
