No, it's not possible.

Thai legal system neither recognize gay marriage/rights nor things associated with it

... An adoption, in Thailand, means that parental responsibilities and rights of the natural parents are transferred to those responsibilities and rights to the adoptive parents. That means that a child cannot have two mothers. It can only have a biological mother and an adoptive mother or alternatively parents.

From a legal point of view these 2 "institutions" are totally different and uneven when it comes to rights and responsibilities
