DEREK-C Posted September 21, 2006 Share Posted September 21, 2006 Can anybody advise if the Southern Section of the outer ring road (A9) is now complete. I have not been able to find a map to show that it crosses the river. Ideally I'm looking for a route along the A35 from Samut Songkhram, going on to the A9, then linking with the A34 to Chonburi.
