NewInPatts Posted August 4, 2015 Share Posted August 4, 2015 Desperately trying to find a house in the ekkamai, prakanong area for around 50,000 baht. 2 bed / 2 baths, small garden, parking.. furnished or unfurnished. A little bit further out is no problem too but those are the preferred areas. Not being in Bangkok right now makes it hard to drive and look around. dddave Posted August 4, 2015 Share Posted August 4, 2015 I see many "House for Rent" signs along Soi (Pridi) 31 that connects Ekkamai and Phra Khanong, also along Suk. soi 65. I used to live in Ekamai Soi 10 / Pridi Panomyong 15 in a fully detached house with parking space for 2 cars, garden, 3 bedrooms for 8,500 Baht a month. Walk around the Sois and get the mrs to negotiate the rental. Mine was initially 10,000 but with a bit of haggling we got it down to 8,500 Baht.
